How do i redeem discount/vouchers?

Simply enter the code provided at checkout , look for the "Redeem Coupon" button.
Enter the code and click apply, your order should be updated with the discount applied. if there are any problems email us at SpitpodGaming@gmail.com

What is a Pre order product?

This is an item that is not yet in stock and will be dispatched when the stocks arrive. Stock information will be mentioned including stock expected dates on the item page.

Where is my Order?

To find out if you order has been dispatched please check your emails for information, if you receive an email regarding dispatch of your order use this including the delivery estimates page to find out whether your item delivery is well overdue. If items still have not arrived within 14 days then please contact us at SpitpodGaming@gmail.com for more information

How do i return an item?

Items can only be returned if the item is faulty or wrong, the time span in which returns are expected are 10 working days. You must contact us regarding the item problem within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for returns of items.
